Introduction
The Upkeep Mobile App is a mobile web application for the paperless execution of fire safety tests on-site. It is part of the Upkeep Solution and enables all test participants to carry out inspections efficiently and digitally.
What You Can Do
With the Mobile App you can:
- Execute tests — Carry out inspections paperlessly on-site and record results directly
- Follow the agenda — Track the test schedule in real time with automatic updates
- Communicate — Communicate with all test participants via the built-in chat
- Manage participants — View all test participants and their roles
- Work offline — Continue working even without an internet connection
Four Roles
The Mobile App features four roles with different permissions:

| Testleiter (Test Leader) | Full permissions. Manages the entire test, controls the agenda, and coordinates all participants. |
| Gewerkleiter (Trade Leader) | Permissions within their own trade. Coordinates the inspectors in their area of expertise. |
| Prüfer (Inspector) | Receives assigned elements and records the inspection results. |
| Beobachter (Observer) | Can view scenarios and elements and leave comments. |
Roles are assigned by the test leader. Your role determines which functions are available to you in the app.
Accessing the App
Access to the Mobile App is via personalized links. Each link is associated with a specific test and a specific person.
- You receive your personal access link by email or QR code
- No password is required — the link itself authenticates you
- Each link is valid for one test and one person
Keep your access link safe. It is your personal access to the test.
Offline Mode
The Mobile App supports an offline mode. You can continue working even without an internet connection. Your changes will be synchronized as soon as you are back online.
Editing the Matrix
The matrix can only be edited in the Desktop App. In the Mobile App, you can view the matrix and record inspection results, but you cannot make structural changes to the matrix.
