Introduction

Upkeep Solution is a web-based system for managing fire protection matrices. It allows you to centrally record, manage, and inspect fire protection requirements for buildings.
What You Can Do
With Upkeep Solution, you can:
- Manage fire protection matrices — Create and maintain matrices with all relevant fire protection elements
- Excel import and export — Import existing data from Excel files or export matrices for further processing
- PDF export — Generate print-ready PDF documents of your matrices
- Mobile app for inspections — Conduct on-site inspections using the mobile web app
- Create test sheets — Generate standardized test sheets for your fire protection inspections
- Create inspection reports — Document inspection results in clear, structured reports
User Accounts
Every user needs their own account to access Upkeep Solution. User accounts are email-based and are assigned to one or more companies.
A user can have access to multiple companies and hold a different role within each company.
Role Hierarchy
Upkeep Solution uses a tiered role system. Each higher role includes all permissions of the roles below it:

| Tester | Can perform inspections on the mobile app |
| Bearbeiter (Editor) | Can edit matrices and elements |
| Projektleiter (Project Manager) | Can manage properties and projects, assign users |
| Firmenadministrator (Company Admin) | Can manage the company, create users, and assign roles |
| System-Administrator (System Admin) | Full access to all functions and system settings |
